這首歌雖然聽起來是輕快而安慰人心的，但實際上這首歌是希望能提高大家對於防範自殺的社會意識，9月是國際上防治自殺的月份，而這兩位音樂人希望透過這次的作品，鼓勵每一個深陷低潮、走不出來的人們，其實不OK也是一種選擇，就算再多苦痛，就算身心再無力，一定要找個人傾訴心聲，不要都憋在心裡，最後走上悲慘的人生結局。
