Taylor Swift 泰勒斯繼去年的《Lover》專輯之後，在7月無預警地釋出最新民謠專輯《Folklore》，整張專輯回歸了清爽、緩緩訴說故事的 Taylor，誠意滿滿的10幾首歌曲彷彿一首首美麗的詩篇，唱出一篇篇愛情的故事記憶。這張秋日專輯聽起來特別舒服，很適合夜深人靜時一個人靜靜的聽，我最喜歡《Exile》跟《Hoax》兩首歌，但其他細膩的歌曲也都很值得一聽，絕對不會讓人失望。

主打歌《Cardigan》其實可以和專輯裡其他兩首歌《Betty》、《August》一起聽，因為泰勒斯說，這三首歌分別代表一段三角戀關係之中每個人的視角。這首歌想要描寫的，就是青春年少期間的戀愛，那時的愛情青澀卻讓人記憶深刻，而歌曲的視角，是一個曾經深愛過對方，最後卻被拋棄的女孩的悲傷故事，相信很多人都能從中獲得些許共鳴。

這首歌每段主歌和副歌幾乎都不相同，因此任何人都能夠透過歌曲很清楚的傳達情緒轉折，搭上極富想像色彩的 MV 一起看，感受會更加立體清晰，是一首很棒的小品。
